Release date
Microsoft has announced that its Xbox One will go on sale on 22 November, a week ahead of the Sony PS4's release date.
It will make its debut in 13 initial markets, which are: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, UK, and USA.
While the console's official release date is 22 November, there have been reports of some buyers receiving the Xbox One two week's early, which has been blamed on one of Microsoft's US-based retail partners.

Price
While it hasn't announced a release date, Microsoft has revealed pricing details, having announced that its Xbox One will cost £429 in the UK. While this is more expensive than the PS4, which is priced at £349, Microsoft will bundle a Kinect with the Xbox One, whereas PS4 users will have to buy the Playstation Camera accessory separately.
For those looking to buy additional controllers for their Xbox One, Game.co.uk is offering a wired controller for £44.99 and a wireless one for £59.99.
Availability
Microsoft's Xbox One will be available from certain retailers on launch day, and many stores - including Tesco supermarkets and Game - are holding midnight launches for the console. It's unclear how many will be available. µ
